How we start
A no-cost 30-60 minute initial call with the practice owner(s) and practice manager.
Our goal is to understand the needs and wants of the practice.
Create an action plan
With the information from the first call, we create a plan of action specific to your needs.
We prioritize a mix of "quick wins," strategic projects, and, if needed, transformational projects.
Review our plan together
After we create our strategy, we review it with the practice owner(s) and management to ensure we have agreement.
As soon as we are in unanimous agreement, we get to work executing the plan!
